Job Description

This full-time RN leadership role involves supervising hospice staff and coordinating interdisciplinary care teams under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.

  • Provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Supervise staff, facilitate team meetings, and support staff development, including onboarding and performance evaluations.
  • Assess patient needs, deliver hospice nursing services, and educate patients and families on care procedures.
  • Act as a preceptor for new staff, fostering growth and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs, handle on-call responsibilities, and ensure confidentiality and safety standards.

    • Qualifications include a licensed RN with 2+ years hospice experience, strong judgment skills, and cultural competence. Physical and mental demands include mobility, stress management, and exposure to environmental elements. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
