Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.
Review patient records and practices biweekly with a collaborating physician. Deliver healthcare, administer, dispense, and prescribe medications as delegated. Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis. Participate in performance improvement and healthcare planning. Practice evidence-based medicine using electronic health records for documentation, ordering tests, and signing off on results. Follow policies for abnormal tests and ensure timely documentation. Must have graduate education from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program and Missouri licensure. Effective communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.
