Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide compassionate support to individuals and families in need.


  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

  • Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs, to facilitate access to services.

  • Assist clients with workforce development and employment goals.

  • Utilize motivational interviewing and client-centered counseling techniques.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.


    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, strong crisis intervention skills, and excellent communication abilities. Some travel to Lubbock is required. This contract role offers flexible hours (10-20/week), a competitive hourly rate, and benefits such as mileage reimbursement.
