The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides direct psychological services to injured workers through modalities such as assessments, case management, psychoeducation, movement classes, and individual/group psychotherapy.
They manage a diverse caseload primarily dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and pain-related issues, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, treatment planning, documentation, and referrals, all aligned with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications include California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), experience with chronic pain and trauma, and proficiency in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness.
