Job Description
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Bath, NY, with flexibility for Upstate NY residents.
Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for youth and individuals with mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans, including psychopharmacology. Conduct virtual and in-person care, with some travel reimbursed, and provide on-call support 24/7. Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards. Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, NYS NP license in psychiatric nursing, RN license, and at least 2 years RN experience. Requires active driver’s license, BLS certification, and physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and extensive travel. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually for 30+ hours/week.
