We are seeking a compassionate *Speech Therapist (ST)* to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders in their homes.

Provide individualized therapy and develop treatment plans

Complete accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with healthcare team members for holistic care

Educate patients and families on treatment exercises and progress

Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements include a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, at least 1 year of home health, geriatrics, and cognition experience, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include BLS certification.
