Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program.
_You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to adults with mental health, substance use, and medical conditions, delivering services in community settings such as homes and workplaces._
**Key responsibilities include:**
Providing treatment to promote recovery and community integration Conducting alcohol and drug assessments Leading individual and group interventions for mental health and substance use Supporting team practices and client engagement Completing assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Care coordination with external providers and natural supports **Requirements:**
Minnesota LADC or ADC-T license (with salary depending on licensure) Ability to work Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm **Benefits include:**
