We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing PACE Organization in Springfield, MA.

    • Under supervision of the Medical Director, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to older adult participants, including assessments, care planning, direct medical care, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and independent decision-making are key aspects of the role. Medical procedures as needed will be carried out.


    Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with a preference for geriatrics certification. Knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of frail elders is essential. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
