Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role involves managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department, collaborating with RHC providers to serve the community.

• Requirements: Degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, experience in assessment, discharge planning, and clinical documentation; training in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is preferred.
• Qualifications: Strong knowledge of regulations, group therapy, and clinical documentation; excellent communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills; proficiency with computers and clinical tools.

Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy, develop and monitor treatment plans, ensure ethical practice, communicate with families and agencies, document all activities, and participate in departmental meetings.
