Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

  • Assess speech, language, and fluency; develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy in both individual and group formats; collaborate with families, educators, and mental health professionals.
  • Support clients with behavioral and mental health challenges through patient-centered, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Document progress, contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, and educate staff and families.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and preferred CCC-SLP certification. Experience with AAC and mental health communication strategies is a plus.

    The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a salary of $75,000-$85,000, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
