We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and compliance with regulations.
Manage overall facility operations, adhering to healthcare standards and regulations. Oversee staff training and development, fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting for optimal resident care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures. Address resident concerns promptly to promote a supportive environment. Qualifications include prior healthcare experience, leadership skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication abilities.
