Job Description
We are seeking a qualified MD/DO for a contractor role focused on establishing patient relationships for chronic care management services.
Conduct approximately 375 onsite and remote clinical visits per month, with availability between 8-14 days. Accurately document patient encounters in our platform and provide daily progress reports. Travel within assigned regions using reliable transportation; mileage reimbursed. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses and demonstrate strong clinical judgment. Commit to patient-centered care and utilizing healthcare technology and EHR systems. Compensation ranges from $10,000 to $15,000 monthly, plus mileage reimbursement, malpractice coverage, paid via 1099.
