Job Description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, this role provides therapeutic services to youth and families in need of mental and behavioral health support.
Conduct intake assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
Deliver clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy.
Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
Collaborate with care coordinators, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
Participate in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.
Requirements include a MSW or related degree and at least two years of direct counseling experience. Benefits encompass health, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b) match, and other perks. The position is full-time or part-time, with hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week, and involves in-person work.
