Job Description

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, this role provides therapeutic services to youth and families in need of mental and behavioral health support.

  • Conduct intake assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
  • Deliver clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.

    • Requirements include a MSW or related degree and at least two years of direct counseling experience. Benefits encompass health, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b) match, and other perks. The position is full-time or part-time, with hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week, and involves in-person work.
