Position: Outpatient Substance Abuse Therapist (PHP/IOP) in Elizabethtown, KY.

Qualifications include licensure as TCADC, CADC, LCADCA, LCADC, LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, CSW, or LPA. Experience in substance abuse counseling and residential treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and diagnoses for new patients

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy sessions and monitor progress

Maintain thorough documentation and records

Offer crisis treatment and referrals as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Participate in supervision and training programs
