Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) for a multidisciplinary clinic in Norwood, MA, working 20 hrs/week afternoons with potential to grow.

  • Provide high-quality individual and group speech therapy focusing on social pragmatics, executive function, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
  • Supervise interns, coach parents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Document sessions, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with families and providers.
  • Maintain licensure, adhere to standards, and participate in meetings and training.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, 2+ years pediatric experience, and experience supervising interns. Experience with neurodivergent clients, gestalt language processing, and interest in feeding, AAC, and sensory-based interventions preferred.
