Job Description

Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists in downtown Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient therapy services in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring progress, crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted NC license with 2+ years post-graduate experience
  • Doctorate or master’s degree with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with DSM/ICD-10, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to pass background checks
