Bilingual (Spanish/English) Mental Health Therapist – LMFT/LCSW/LPC

Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed mental health therapist to join our private practice as an independent contractor (1099-NEC).

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.

Deliver therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, adapting to client needs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Collaborate with a team in a supportive, professional environment.

Uphold ethical standards of care.

Qualifications include an active Texas license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD), bilingual proficiency, and relevant clinical experience. Preferred experience includes outpatient practice and working with diverse populations.

Compensation is percentage-based with flexible hours, offering opportunities for growth in a collaborative setting.

Work is primarily in person.
