Job Description

Seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide individual and group therapy for clients with various mental health disorders.

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake sessions.
  • Develop and review individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions in person and via telehealth, adhering to best practice standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings and collaborative care staffing.
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain ethical and legal compliance.

    • Qualifications include a Minnesota license (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or a master’s degree with licensure eligibility. Strong organizational skills, teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to learn are essential. Salary ranges from $53,000 to $65,000, with benefits such as 401(k), flexible schedule, paid time off, and professional development.
