Seeking a part-time Medical Provider to deliver high-quality clinical care across multiple facilities in the Roanoke Rapids, NC area.

Responsibilities include providing patient care, maintaining documentation, participating in medical staff duties, and supporting quality assurance and utilization management programs.

Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Facilities is required. The role involves evaluating care processes, analyzing clinical and operational data, fostering collaborative relationships, and serving on relevant committees.
