Job Description

We are hiring a *Mental Health Therapist* for a full-time position offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and an approved NHSC student loan repayment site.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and collaborate with clients to set treatment goals.

Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse populations, including children and adolescents.

Maintain compliant clinical documentation and coordinate care with staff psychiatrists.

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and staff events.

Requirements: LMSW or provisional clinical license in Iowa; 2+ years of experience preferred; valid driver’s license; bilingual skills a plus.
