Job Description

Seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate documentation with ICD coding, monitoring treatment progress, and offering case management to connect clients with resources.

Requirements:

Valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience with substance use disorders, assessment and therapy skills, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. Training available for provisional license holders.

Position is full-time, with a salary range of $54,000–$62,000, offering benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, in person. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
