We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide *physical and rehabilitation medicine* care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on pain management.

  • Training is provided by experienced Regional Leads and Medical Director.
  • Responsibilities include patient check-ups, collaborating with rehab teams, managing medications, and communicating with families.
  • Offer flexible schedules, autonomy, support with AI-powered note-taking, career advancement opportunities, and ongoing education.
  • Requirements: medical degree, board certification, active NY license, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and compassion.


    • Compensation is $60-$65/hour plus incentives. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible spending accounts. Work is in person, with full-time and part-time options.
