Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board Eligible Physician in Sacramento, CA, specializing in PM&R, Orthopedic Spine, or Neuro-Surgery.

Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic hours, no weekends, promoting work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as primary treating physician for injured workers, and commercial and Medicare patients.
– Provide comprehensive chronic pain management, medication management, and patient evaluation.
– Communicate with payors for utilization review and authorizations.
– Offer lifestyle and dietary advice, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications:
– California medical license, Board Certification or eligibility, DEA and DPS registration.

Compensation: $275,000–$400,000 annually, based on experience and location.
