We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care delivered in patients’ homes.
Provide advanced wound treatments, assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
Conduct thorough evaluations, order medications, and educate patients and families.
Travel locally up to 75% to patient homes; mileage reimbursed; equipment and training provided.
No on-call, evenings, or weekends; flexible schedule, full-time salaried position.
Qualifications include certification, state licensure, wound care experience preferred, and ability to travel.
