Job Description
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential personal care, wellness support, and holistic assistance to residents in a nursing home setting.
Attends to residents’ grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety needs based on individual care plans. Supports residents in self-care and cares for those unable to do so independently. Follows infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times. Builds meaningful relationships to promote residents’ psychosocial well-being. Works under the supervision of a professional nurse, taking initiative to advocate for residents. Requirements: Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent, strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility for various shifts.
