Job Description
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care in patients’ homes.
Provide advanced wound treatment, including assessments, developing care plans, and procedures like surgical debridement.
Assess patient health status, manage medications, and educate patients and staff.
Work full-time, Monday-Friday, with no on-call, evenings, or weekends, and travel locally (75%) with reimbursed mileage.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of wound care and APP experience, certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, and an active license in Minnesota.
