Seeking a PRN Speech Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Gridley, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality care for short-term and long-term residents.

  • Supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students following safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate staff, healthcare professionals, and payers on intervention benefits.
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely, including evaluations and progress notes.
  • Participate in care plan meetings, rehab discussions, and family training.
  • Make appropriate referrals within the rehab team and ensure safety at all times.
  • Maintain licensure, certification, and compliance with regulations.
