Job Description
The Hematology Advanced Practice Provider role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient care for patients with hematology conditions, under physician oversight.
Key responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, care coordination, patient education, and participation in multidisciplinary teams. The provider will manage inpatient and outpatient cases, respond to acute issues, and contribute to evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include at least two years of hematology/oncology experience, a current Nurse Practitioner or PA license in Washington, DEA/NPI numbers, and prescriptive authority. Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and reliable transportation are essential.
