Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams in inpatient and outpatient settings. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging. Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans for patients with kidney disorders. Prescribe medications and coordinate care for dialysis and transplant patients. Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation in EHR. Qualifications include an Ohio RN license, national certification, and strong communication skills.
