NURSE PRACTITIONER – Mobile Wound Care – Green Bay – Appleton WI

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) for full-time wound care treatment across Green Bay, WI, and surrounding areas.

Provide high-quality patient care, including assisting with procedures, collecting medical histories, administering wound treatments, and monitoring healing progress.

Educate patients on conditions and preventive care, coordinate with medical providers, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).

Travel to patients’ homes within the region; work independently following established protocols.

Qualifications: Active WI NP license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, valid driver’s license, comfort with wound care, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 100%.
