Job Description
This paid internship offers graduate students pursuing a Master’s in Social Services the chance to gain hands-on experience in children’s mental and behavioral health.
Responsibilities include shadowing counselors, assisting with assessments and documentation, learning clinical systems, and implementing family, individual, or group therapy under supervision.
Interns may be placed in programs such as home-based counseling, treatment foster care, transitional services, or crisis support, based on availability and experience.
Programs utilize proven treatment models like Multisystemic Therapy and Family Treatment Model.
