RN Nurse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, a CMS 5-star rated facility recognized with a Bronze Quality Award.

Oversee nursing staff, conduct disciplinary actions, and identify training needs.

Participate in performance appraisals and quality assurance initiatives.

Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement resident care plans.

Ensure compliance with policies, handle resident and family concerns, and conduct daily rounds.

Complete admissions, review charts, and assess residents in emergencies.

Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible schedules.

Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and 1-3 years LTC experience preferred but willing to train.
