Full-time, in-person role for nurse practitioners or physicians focused on primary care in skilled nursing facilities.

  • Enjoy short 6-hour weekday shifts (7AM-1PM), with flexible scheduling and no overnight or on-call duties.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including rounding, prescribing treatments, and managing residents’ health.
  • Utilize conversational and dictation tools for documentation in a proprietary EHR system.
  • Collaborate with a supportive network of physicians and staff, ensuring timely attendance and reliable transportation.
