Location: Westborough, MA at Spectrum’s Acute Treatment Services Program

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with rotating weekends and flexible shifts preferred

Pay rate: $43.00-$45.00/hour

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for:
– Ensuring services meet policies, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
– Collaborating with management and nursing leadership to deliver high-quality care
– Providing compassionate, professional, and customer-focused nursing care
– Participating as part of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:
– Valid Massachusetts RN license
– Current CPR certification or obtain within 90 days
– Sound judgment in emergencies and problem-solving
– Effective communication skills in diverse settings
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
– Experience in substance abuse or acute healthcare and supervisory roles preferred
