This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.
Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized therapy plans, communicating progress with patients, families, and medical teams.
Supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and billing standards.
Contribute to team conferences, educate staff, and support professional development through ongoing education and peer interaction.
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and equipment safety practices.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
