Job Description

Join our compassionate team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at a nurse-owned, accredited home health agency serving Southeast Michigan since 2003.

This contingent position offers competitive pay ranging from $63.00 to $105.00 per visit, with mileage reimbursement, non-visit discharge and transfer fees, and paid orientation hours.

  • Provide speech pathology services per physician’s plan of treatment, assessing and setting goals for patients.
  • Assist in developing and revising care plans, documenting patient progress, and reporting changes to the medical team.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare personnel to promote independence and disease prevention.
  • Recommend hearing tests and check hearing aids when needed.


    • Requirements include an active Michigan license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Home health experience is preferred. Travel involves home visits and meetings, with flexible participation in in-service programs.
