Job Description
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services for children birth to 3 years with developmental delays or at risk. The role involves collaborating with families to develop individualized plans, delivering therapy, and acting as a service coordinator, all grounded in evidence-based practice. The position offers a salary range of $67,000–$72,000, with flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, family hours) and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, professional development, and mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, documenting progress, and supporting families’ advocacy efforts. Requirements include MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual/bicultural skills are a plus.
