Job Description
This full-time position supports hematology and oncology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, providing acute care under physician oversight.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex patient needs, including same-day acute care and care coordination.
Supports value-based care initiatives to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Provides inpatient coverage, telephone support, and patient education on treatment and side effects.
Participates in clinical meetings, quality improvement, and emergency response activities.
Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to ethical standards, and communicates effectively with providers and patients.
**Qualifications:**
At least 2 years of hematology/oncology experience preferred.
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Washington, DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills; reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
