Job Description

Seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care within a community health setting.

Responsibilities include conducting exams, developing treatment plans, performing OB/GYN procedures, ordering lab tests, and educating patients on health promotion and birth control.

The role involves leading care teams, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards, managing patient flow, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include an active California RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, DEA registration, and experience in OB/GYN and primary care. Bilingual Spanish skills and familiarity with FQHCs or Patient-Centered Medical Home models are preferred.

Offers a full-time permanent position with salary ranging from $170,000 to $185,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Location is in North Hollywood, CA, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start.
