Job Description

The Licensed Therapist provides Group Therapy, Discharge Planning, Treatment Planning, Psychosocial Assessments, and Individual/Family Therapy to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, evaluating patient data, developing and implementing care plans, participating in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring treatment plan compliance, arranging appropriate discharge plans, documenting treatment, and providing crisis intervention.

They also handle case management duties, complete housing and residential needs assessments, communicate with families, collaborate with other departments, and ensure timely discharge documentation.

Requirements include a current Nevada clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT), minimum one year of inpatient experience, and proficiency in documentation and communication. Skills in confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and multitasking are essential.
