Join a rapidly expanding, FNP-led primary and urgent care clinic offering flexible, telehealth-first services with in-person home visits as needed.
Primarily work from home with daytime hours, minimal holidays, and no overnight shifts.
Provide virtual (chat & video) and in-person care, including basic procedures, documentation, and patient education.
Build trusted patient relationships in a supportive, autonomous environment.
Requirements include active FNP-C license, BLS certification, 1+ year in family practice or urgent care, and reliable transportation for home visits.
Ideal candidates are dependable, tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable driving locally within 1 hour.
