Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural healthcare team in a full-time, in-person role.

The position involves providing mental health services within an integrated facility that combines a physician clinic and a critical access hospital, offering comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, a current Montana license or ability to obtain one, a mental health certification, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. An equivalent education and experience combination may be considered.

The role features a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with benefits such as an employee assistance program. Candidates must hold an active LCSW license.
