Job Description

Provides ambulatory primary care services, ensuring quality and community standards. Participates in care development, quality improvement, and community outreach activities.

Requires RN licensure in Missouri, a master’s in Nursing, certification as a Nurse Practitioner, and experience serving underserved populations. Must have effective communication skills, computer literacy, and physical ability for patient exams.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, patient education, referrals, and emergency response. Engages in quality management, protocol development, staff education, research, and community involvement.

Contributes to organizational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and compliance. Participates in administrative tasks, team meetings, and strategic planning. Offers professional guidance, ensures patient care quality, and supports organizational mission.

This full-time role offers a salary between $100,000-$130,000 with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more. Work is in person, supporting primary care in a community-focused setting.
