Therapist, $5,000 bonus if licensed

Job Description

Seeking compassionate Therapists to provide outpatient and home-based therapy for families, individuals, and children addressing behavioral health issues.

Offers a $5,000 bonus for independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) full-time, on-site therapists, paid in two installments after 30 and 180 days. Masters/license-eligible candidates are considered but not eligible for the bonus.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, crisis management, referrals, documentation, and community outreach. Must have experience with diverse families, family systems theory, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid AZ license or license eligibility, background in mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively. Must meet physical and safety requirements, including background checks and valid driver license.
