Job Description

We are seeking a licensed counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time position at a residential facility serving youth aged 12-19.

  • Starting salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
  • The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO.
  • Our facility offers a structured, therapeutic environment focusing on milieu therapy and CBT to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
  • Ideal candidates have a master’s degree, relevant licensure, juvenile counseling experience, and proficiency with technology tools.
