School Based Speech Language Pathologist $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a Buffalo-area school serving grades K-8, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus (
$1,250 at hire and $1,250 after 6 months).

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and planning therapy for students with communication disorders, implementing appropriate instruction, and collaborating with educators and specialists. Tasks involve maintaining timely documentation, making referrals, communicating with families, and supervising CFYs and TSSLDs if licensed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
• New York State licensure or CFY eligibility
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility
• Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification

Physical actions may include bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching. The role involves in-person work within a pediatric setting.
