Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Counselor/Social Worker for a private practice in Ottawa, IL.

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in person or virtually.

Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support client progress.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field, active Illinois license (LCPC or LCSW), 1-2 years clinical experience, strong communication skills, and cultural competence.
