Job Description

Seeking a dedicated mental health professional for a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and addictions, including sexual compulsivity.

  • Provide individual therapy, facilitate group psychotherapy, and collaborate within a treatment team for day and intensive outpatient programs.
  • Must possess skills in assessment, treatment planning, and building strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients.
  • Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and pursue ongoing professional growth.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields; current California licensure or trainee status; and experience in clinical therapy with complex cases. Additional training or certifications in trauma, eating disorders, or addiction are preferred.

    This full-time role offers a salary starting at $95,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support. The position involves in-person work.
