Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Nursing Home/Primary Care

Job Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, Monday-Friday role in a nursing home in Ozark, AR. The position offers a standard 8am-5pm schedule with
no call or weekend duties.

Qualifications:
• Active APRN or PA license
• Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology certification, or Physician Assistant preferred
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience
