Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist for our Burlington, IA office.

  • Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with licensure or ability to obtain temporary licensure in Iowa (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW). A minimum of two years’ experience working with diverse populations is preferred. Background check required.
  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, group, and couples therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation via electronic health records. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, with a focus on confidentiality and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
